INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, protein powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch pan.
Press two whole almonds into the top of each future bar location.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
Melt the vegan dark chocolate chips in the microwave.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars and refrigerate until set. Cut into 12 bars.
